Contact us

Email support@astomotion.com. We answer within 2 business days, usually sooner.

To get a useful answer faster, tell us:

  • The email address on your account.
  • Which app — Garage, Configurator, Shops, Community — and whether you were on the web, iPhone or Android.
  • What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
  • A screenshot, if there is something to see.

Privacy requests, data exports and account deletion go to the same address — say so in the subject line and we will treat it as one.

Community: reporting, blocking and appeals

Every post, comment, profile and event listing in AURIA Community has a Report action. Reports are private — the person you report is not told who reported them — and we aim to look at every one within 24 hours. The rules are at https://auriamotion.com/community-guidelines.

Blocking someone hides you from each other and stops them replying to you or following you. Muting hides them from you without telling them. Both are private, and you can undo either.

If your content was removed or your account was limited and you think it was a mistake, write to support@astomotion.com from the address on your account, with a link or a screenshot. A person reads it.

Your display name and @handle in Community come from your AURIA account, so change them there and the change follows you everywhere.

Accounts and sign-in

You can sign in with an email address and password, with Google, or with Apple. They all reach the same account as long as the email address matches.

Forgot your password? Use "Reset password" on the sign-in screen. The reset email comes from our authentication provider — check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.

Signed in with Apple and used "Hide My Email"? Your account is tied to the Apple relay address. Sign in with Apple again rather than with email and password, and write to support@astomotion.com if you get stuck.

Want to delete your account? See https://auriamotion.com/account-deletion.

Your garage and syncing

The Garage works before you sign in. Vehicles you add while signed out are kept on that device, and signing in merges them into your account rather than replacing them — nothing you recorded is thrown away.

If a vehicle is missing on another device, check that you are signed in to the same account on both, and that the device that has the data has been online since you added it.

Timeline entries are an audit trail: they record what changed and when, and are deliberately not editable. Correcting a record adds an amendment rather than rewriting history, so a vehicle's history stays trustworthy when you hand it to a buyer or a shop.

Plans and billing

Free tracks up to 2 active vehicles. Premium raises that to 10 and unlocks CSV import and export, resale reports as a PDF or a spreadsheet, on-demand market value, severe-duty schedule packs, letting the people you invite add records, higher attachment limits, and the supporter badge in Community.

Manage or cancel your subscription in Profile → Plan & Billing. Cancelling happens right there — we ask why, which is optional to elaborate on, and you keep Premium until the end of the term you have paid for. Updating a card or downloading invoices opens our payment provider.

Archiving a vehicle files it away: it frees the slot it was using and makes the vehicle read-only, and you can restore it whenever a slot is free. Reaching a limit never deletes anything. If Premium ends while you are tracking more vehicles than Free covers, you choose which stay active — the rest are archived, so you can still open them, export their history and share it, and they accept new records again the moment you subscribe.

Deleting a vehicle is different from archiving it. Delete vehicle, in the vehicle's More menu, permanently erases the car and everything recorded about it — its history, photos, share links and showcase page — and cannot be undone. A shop that worked on the car keeps its own record of that work.

Billed through the App Store or Google Play? Manage that subscription in your store account; we cannot cancel or refund it for you.

Invite friends from Profile → Plan & Billing on the web. When someone you invited makes their first payment, you both get a free month 14 days later — up to 12 a year. Paying on the web, it comes off your next bill; paying through a store, it is kept and starts if that subscription ends; otherwise it starts right away.

Sharing and shops

Every kind of sharing is off until you turn it on, and each can be revoked from the same place you enabled it.

  • Share links are public to anyone holding the URL. Revoke one from the vehicle's share settings.
  • Shop access is granted per vehicle with an expiry you choose, and can be revoked early.
  • Sharing with another person hides VIN, license plate, registration, valuation and attachments unless you specifically permit each one.
  • Connected AI assistants are listed in Profile → Connected Assistants and can be disconnected there.

Repair shops are independent businesses. We do not perform the work or set prices, and a dispute about work performed is between you and the shop — though we are happy to help you get the records together.

Reminders and notifications

Date-based reminders are scheduled by your phone, not by a server. That means they work offline — and it means they only fire if you have granted notification permission and have not force-quit the app for a long stretch.

Turn them on or off in Profile. If they stop appearing, check that notifications are still allowed for AURIA in your device settings.

Your data

On Premium, export a vehicle's records as CSV, or a full report as PDF, from that vehicle's timeline tools. On any plan — or if you want everything across every vehicle in one file — ask support@astomotion.com and we will produce it at no charge.

What we collect and who we share it with is set out in full at https://auriamotion.com/privacy. What we do not collect is a shorter list, and it includes GPS location, contacts, and advertising identifiers.

The terms you are agreeing to are at https://auriamotion.com/terms.

Reporting a bug or asking for a feature

Send both to support@astomotion.com. AURIA is built by a small team and we read everything; a clear description of what you were doing when something broke is the single most useful thing you can send us.

If something looks wrong with your data — a record you did not create, or one that vanished — tell us straight away and do not delete anything. The timeline records what happened, and we can usually reconstruct it.
